WHy is the Media lying so much about Hugo Chavez?

What did you expect? The media is owned by the same people who put Bush in office--the Halliburtons and Falwells of this country. Speaking truth to power only gets you stomped on unless you also have power. Chavez has no particular power in the USA, so he gets stomped in the USA's media. Only with the Pacifica Network and Air America and a few marginal publications will he not be misrepresented and abused.
