How to set up a baby grand piano. Also if I don't use airconditioning how bad is that for the piano. ?

My Grand father gave this piano to his wife as a gift for giving birth to my mother in 1932. They had no air-conditioning then. They lived in San Antonio Texas. I live in the country in Brenham, Texas. I have propane and wood stoves for heat in the winter. Our winters are short. Three months. It is not that humid in the summer.
