If Brett Favre would have gone to Minnesota and the way the Vikings dominated Green Bay, would they have been?

a dominant force? since they have a tremendous running back and a powerful defensive line. Rodgers isn't entirely a slow quarterback and he was run down by the Vikings defense constantly. I realize Green Bay Packer management were not going to allow it, but if it happened wouldn't they have been nearly undefeated at this point?
