Radio is not working?

HELP PLEASE! So i have a Type-S and i attempted to install a new HU and during the install while i was pulling out the old HU i saw a spark and i realized that i did not disconnect the battery! now there is no power to the new HU and the Signals wont work and the alarm or door locks wont work, please Help. I already checked the Fuse to the radio and signal lights and its good, any suggestions?
