Christmas Countdown with 24 chocalates HELP!?

This prolly sounds really weird. But I just bought a chrimast countdown calender where you lift up anumber and get a chocalate. I dont know how to use it. Why are the numbers all mixed up? It goes 9, 3 10, 19, 24, 7, 21, 23, 11, 22, 17, 18, 5, 1, 14, 6, 2, 13, 12, 8, 16, 15, 20, and 4. help please
