How do I let my mum let me go with my friend somewhere?

Please help me convince my mom to let me go to Turtle Cove! I really want to, but my mom says "No" and how do I make her let me go? My friends mom said ''It is perfectly fine for your friend to go!" PLEASE help I really wanna go! Thank you so much!! -rosie
