How much is the average salary to a qualified baker in new zealand and canada?

i am a qualified baker with 3 years of good experience. i have already completed a diploma in baking (1 year full time) and planning to go to american institute of baking, in kansans to follow a 5 months full time course in baking technology at the end of this year. i would like to know abt tha salaray scales in new zealand and canada since i am interested of migrating to one of those countries after my training in usa. if any one of you know the exact details i kindly request you to give me a clue. at the moment im working in colombo, sri lanka.
