Where can i download coolbits overclocking program?

When I try to do it from http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815 it doesn't seem to work. I have tried the america, europe, and australia ones. When i hit "I agree" and it downloads to the self extract part it ends there. After I hit self-extract it disappears. I need help on where I can download "Forceware Coolbits 2.0". Thanks.
