I do not understand the Electoral college and voting?
The way it was explained to me was the Electoral college decides who is president by their votes. So if the regular voting population votes 90% for Pres. A and 10% for Pres. B you would think Pres. A wins. But if the Electoral College votes in favor of Pres. B then Pres. B wins. So then why exactly do my vote count?
