Could obama find nothing and no-one else to write abt besides himself in his two books?

I mean I though it was supposed to "not be abt me but abt u" but then he writes two books not abt issues affecting the law (seeing as he does have a law degree) or some1 else inspiring but abt himself so how is it not "abt u but abt me" hmmmm........
