How to set up a 09 GT Mustang.?

I have the most basic of basic GT's,(5 speed, manual) so far I've installed a "Spectre" cold air intake and thats it. I does have the monetary means to actually set up my car. However I'd like to have an idea of where to start when i get my degree. I've heard I need to start with Brenspeed tuner, this is where you come in. I want to set it up for regular driving, but when the time comes I want to blow everyones mirrors off. Exhast, chargers, gears, suspension.... the whole shabang.
