If someone had 7 digit pword from 1 to 45 numbers and he used every digit only once so how many combination?

how many combination i can get and 1 is one digit, num 2 is one digit 11,,,22,,,44 plz consider them as one digit num 11 eleven not 1 1 one one just eleven in one 7 series can not use 1 or 2 again but 11 or 22 is fine
