Is the FBI texting me or is it a a scam?

I found a topic regarding Blue Licenses Holding LLC, and it seems to me that it is not the FBI. If it were the FBI, they would have no reason to text you instead of call you voice over voice. Don't worry about it either, just try to ignore them, because they are a company who have somehow acquired or bought telephone numbers in someway, so there are others like you being texted as well. And anyways, why would the FBI want to text instead of talk to you on the phone?.. Unless they want to hide their voices and stay anonymous..
