Is my cardinal tetra pregnant or sick or nothing?

Hello I have a school of 6 cardinal tetras in a 10 gallon. The water chemistry is fine and everything is going great. When feeding them, I noticed one of the cardinals had a really fat stomach, the rest the fish was narrow as usual, except the belly stuck out sort of. Could it be pregnant? Maybe it's constipated? Which sounds more plausible?
