PANIC?! im saying prayer on youth sunday?

im 16. My church is having youth do some of the service and i have to do the prayer im soooooo nervous all i have is'' thank you Lord for allowing us to be in your house another day thank you for keeping us away from danger seen and unseen. I ask you that you will rain blessings upon us as we go on to another week. i pray for the ones who are sick and need your healing power for recovery. thank you Lord for the ones who are here and the ones on their way...'' and now i wanted to say "all theses blessing i ask in Jesus name Amen" but i don't know if thats how you say it any hints or opinions please?
