Sad when reading questions in Diet and Fitness?

What's even more sad is I have a 7 year old little girl who often asks me if she's fat and when I come on here I just feel disgusted because it's everywhere. Growing up I was chunky but it wasn't rubbed in my face. I never thought about it. I was in ballet and did everything that all the other little girls did. My little girl won't even wear a swimming suit because she's worried what people will say about her. It makes me sick and I thought that I had it ground in her head to always be proud of herself. I was taught that its whats on the inside that really matters. Ugh!!!!
