What is the name of that movie?

I'm trying to remember a movie name, but I don't remember a lot of details. It's an older movie, probably 1975-1985, and it was a family movie (a lot like Across the Great Divide). It started with a family traveling by wagon. They send the brother and sister out to pick berries, and while they are gone, Indians attack and kill the parents, leaving the older brother and little sister alone. I think the boys name was Harvey or Hardy. I don't remember much else about it, but let me know if it triggers any thoughts! thanks
